Canvas error prevents page load on IE11 #28091

Kibana version:
Latest master
Elasticsearch version:
7.0.0
Browser version:
IE11
Browser OS version:
Windows 8.1

Describe the bug:
Kibana will not load - goes straight to error page (screenshot shown below).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Latest master (kibana)
  2. Try to start it up on Windows/IE
  3. See error page

Expected behavior:
Should load page.
