Job Description

We are looking for management consultants to join our team based in Lebanon.

The role consists of working on projects across multiple topics and industries with our team members and under the mentorship and guidance of senior consultants and managers.
The candidates will have the opportunity to be part of an impact and result-driven team and will be responsible for conducting research, defining and breaking down problems, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, developing complex business models, synthesizing findings in a structured format, and providing recommendations.

The candidates would ideally have 0-2 years of previous relevant professional experience.
The candidates must be based in Lebanon and should be available to start the soonest.

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong mathematical interpretation and visual perception of information
  • Ability to synthesize findings and apply analytical expertise to develop complex business models
  • Solid commercial awareness
  • High attention to detail
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Ability to structure and manage workload
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to different cultures
  • Ability to display a well-developed intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to contribute to business development by identifying potential business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication in English and Arabic (both verbal and in writing); French is an asset
