Trying to access the Customize page, but receiving a browser error. “The page isn’t redirecting properly.”
I tried disabling cookies, but that did not solve the issue.

Did you do a migration or anything like that?
Did this start after upgrading the theme?
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
